Yesterday I came across an article about burpees written by a personal trainer named Jamie Atlas based out of Colorado. Jamie wasn't describing the benefits of burpees, describing different variations, or detailing how to include them into your workouts. No, Jamie was explaining why he believe that burpees are just as dangerous as bull riding, and goes on to claim that burpees are one exercise that should never be done.
